This salmon is absolutely fabulous and a perfect dinner if you are looking for something a little spicy and a little sweet. A delicious combination of flavors that pairs well with a glass of Chardonnay or Pinot Noir.

I highly recommend our Garlic Edamame as a side dish for the salmon, as well as rice.

Yield 2 servings

1 lb salmon,  sliced into 2 fillets
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 teaspoons sriracha
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper
½ lime, zested

Preheat the oven to 400℉

In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha, and honey.

Layout two big sheets of aluminum foil and make sure they are big enough to cover and wrap the salmon. Place the 2 pieces of salmon on top of the foil and season the salmon with salt and pepper on both sides.

Add the garlic sriracha mixture to the salmon. Spoon over to cover the entire salmon. Wrap up the foil sheets and make sure that there is no leakage.

Transfer the salmon packet to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking. Serve immediately.

Just Salt It, and enjoy!
