I have to admit this is not low-calorie or all that healthy, but using good quality organic ingredients will make a difference. Call it a splurge dip if you are looking for something creamy and garlicky, with a bit of herbaceous flavor.

Yield 1½ cups

4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup ricotta cheese
¼ cup plain yogurt
1½ tsp chopped rosemary
2 tsp chopped dill
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper

In a food processor, add all the ingredients together and blend to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve at room temperature or place the dip in the refrigerator for later and bring to room temperature before serving.

Serve with sourdough bread, crostini, gluten-free crackers, or veggies.

Just Salt It, and enjoy!
