Infusing liquor is a simple and easy way to make interesting cocktails. It is a perfect idea when hosting a party. If you like having fun fresh flavored vodkas that don’t have that weird flavor like the ones you buy in the store, these recipes will be perfect. 
 
You can also get creative with this process and experiment with other fruits, spices, or herbs that you enjoy. 
 
Orange Cranberry
1 pint jar
1 orange sliced
¼ cup fresh cranberries
Your favorite vodka
 
Place the oranges and cranberries in the jar and fill with the vodka.
Store in a cool dark place for at least three days to a week. Strain the liquor through a mesh sieve into a measuring cup and discard the oranges and cranberries. Strain again through cheesecloth to remove all the sediment. Seal in a clean jar and store in the pantry or refrigerator
 
Lime Jalapeño
1 pint jar
2 limes, sliced
1 large jalapeño, sliced
Your favorite vodka or silver tequila
 
Place the limes and jalapeños in the jar and fill with vodka or silver tequila.  
Store in a cool dark place for 12 to 24 hours. Strain the liquor through a mesh sieve into a measuring cup and discard the limes and jalapeños. Strain again through cheesecloth to remove all the sediment. Seal in a clean jar and store in the pantry or refrigerator  
 
Lemon Ginger
1 pint jar 
1½ lemons, sliced
2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
Your favorite vodka 
 
Place the lemons and ginger in the jar and fill with vodka. 
Store in a cool dark place for at least three days to a week. Strain the liquor through a mesh sieve into a measuring cup and discard the lemons and ginger. Strain again through cheesecloth to remove all the sediment. Seal in a clean jar and store in the pantry or refrigerator.
