A delicious and healthy snack. Try it with toast, apple slices, banana, stir into your oatmeal, or even on S’mores. You really can’t go wrong. 
 
Yield 1 cup
 
2 cups walnut halves
1 tsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp walnut oil 
 
Preheat oven to 300℉
 
Place the walnuts on a baking sheet and toast for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and let cool.
 
In a food processor, add cooled walnuts and blend and pulse until a thick paste forms. You will need to scrape the sides of the bowl every few seconds. Add the remaining ingredients and continue to blend. If the butter is too thick, add additional walnut oil or MCT oil a little at a time.
 
Just Salt It, and enjoy!
