This gluten-free cake is the best. It is a dense, moist cake perfect for serving as a dessert or snack. It definitely gives you fall feels. 
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1½ cups sugar
3 eggs
½ cup almond milk
1 cup gluten-free 1:1 flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cloves
1 cup chopped walnuts
¾ cup unsweetened, organic apple sauce
1 cup sprouted oats
Powdered sugar for garnish, optional
Preheat oven to 350℉
Grease and flour a bundt pan
Cream together the butter and sugar in a mixer. Add the eggs and the milk alternating one at a time while continuing to mix. Stir in the remaining ingredients to combine. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, depending on the shape of your bundt pan. 
Once cooked through and a toothpick in the middle comes out clean, remove the pan from the oven. Let cool for 15 minutes, and remove the cake onto a cooling rack. 
Once the cake has cooled to room temperature, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and serve.
