This is such an easy and delicious way to serve radishes. We often only eat them cold and in salads. However, being warm and spicy is perfect, especially when the temperatures are cool.
Yield 4 servings
1 lb radishes, trimmed and halved
2 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
¼ tsp smoked paprika
⅛ tsp garlic powder
⅛ tsp onion powder
Preheat oven to 400℉
Add salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Stir to combine.
Toss the radishes with the olive oil and the spice mixture. Place them on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm with a drizzle of olive oil from the baking pan.
