This is a special autumn and winter beverage. You will fall in love with this festive drink if you enjoy apple cider and adore margaritas as much as I do. 

 

Yield 1 cocktail 

 

1oz. tequila of choice

1 oz. cointreau

6 oz. apple cider

Ice

Sea salt and cinnamon mixture to rim the glass

Cinnamon stick for garnish

 

On a small plate combine a little bit of salt and cinnamon.

 

Take the glass and dampen the rim with water. Next, dip the rim into the salt and cinnamon mixture. Fill the rimmed glass ¾ full of ice. 

 

Pour the tequila, cointreau, and apple cider, into the glass and stir gently to combine. Top the drink with a cinnamon stick and serve.
