This is a fun cocktail for the holidays. The beautiful ice cubes set the tone for an enjoyable evening with family and friends sipping boozy drinks. 

 

Yield 1 cocktail

 

Cranberry and rosemary ice cubes

1 oz. Cocchi Aperitivo Americano

1 oz. Campari

1 oz. Gin

Splash sparkling water

 

Place 5 - 6 cranberries and one small stem of rosemary in each ice tray. Fill the trays with water and place them in the freezer until they are completely frozen. Approximately 3 - 4 hours.

 

In a glass, place one or two ice cubes and top with Americano, Campari, Gin, and a splash of sparkling water. Stir and serve.
