This hummus tastes incredible. We love the texture of the ground seeds and the simplicity of the ingredients. It comes together quickly and pairs well with all your favorite hummus dippers. 
Yield 1 cup 
5 oz. roasted sunflower seeds
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp tahini
3 Tbsp lemon juice
5 Tbsp water
3 Tbsp olive oil
Paprika for garnish
Place the sunflower seeds in a bowl and add enough water to cover the seeds. Let the seeds soak overnight. 
Drain the seeds and add them to a food processor. Next, add the garlic, tahini, lemon juice, water, and olive oil. Blend the ingredients, scraping the sides a few times, and continue blending until the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Season with salt to taste. 
Place the hummus in a small bowl and garnish with paprika, 
Serve with crackers and veggies.
