Push-ups - 19 reps
Alternating Superman, on knees - 19 reps (One on each side = 1 rep)
Mountain climbers - 19 reps (One on each side = 1 rep)
Floor Jax - 19 reps
Right leg bridge-ups - 19 reps
Left side bridge-ups - 19 reps
Bicycle crunches - 19 reps (One on each side = 1 rep)
Squat jumps - 19 reps
Front lunges - 19 reps (19 right side and 19 left side)
Back lunges - 19 reps (19 right side and 19 left side)
Side lunges - 19 reps (19 right side and 19 left side)
Jumping Jax - 1 minute
Arm circles forward - 19 reps
Arm circles backward - 19 reps
Windmills - 19 reps (One on each side = 1 rep)
Burpees - 19 reps
