Making big goals or small goals are motivating and give you moments to celebrate your hard work. Whether you exercise regularly or you never exercise at all, establishing goals and celebrating milestones are important and feel good. 
I shared my personal stories about setting fitness goals, and I hope to motivate you into setting some goals for yourself.
